This property enjoys a privileged location in the Calas Piques resort area, very close to the town of Ciutadella . 2 identical villas are offer comfortable accommdation in a peaceful location, close to the beach and all of the main resort facilities. Small pets are allowed on the premises. Both villas offer 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms) with a full bathroom, full kitchen (including dishwasher), utility room (with washing machine, iron & ironing board), lounge / diner and a covered terrace with terrace furniture. Each villa has it's own private pool and gazebo and there's plenty of garden space for children to play safely.
