This apartment complex is located in Armutalan, 2km from the tourist centre of Marmaris. The pretty beach is around 2km away numerous shopping facilities and entertainment venues are located in the surrounding area. Built in 2004 and refurbished in 2009, this apartment complex comprises 2 buildings with a lively bar and outdoor pool. Alongside a reception area (with 24-hour service) the complex offers its guests an inviting a la carte restaurant and some light evening entertainment is put on most evenings. The apartments each come with a private bathroom, a combined living area and kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a direct dial telephone. Air- conditioning is available in the bedroom and an extra charge. Guests have the opportunity to use the swimming pool or relax on sun loungers with parasols provided for shade. There are light sports facilities such as table tennis and billiards and some evening entertainment is provided. Breakfast may also be selected from a buffet each morning.
