The apartments are situated on the Costa Calida, next to the Mediterranean Sea, in the district of San Javier. It is just 1. 5 km to the Mar Menor and the beach. 1km away guests will find a shopping centre with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. This recently built apartment resort comprises apartments, semi-detached residencies and villas. On-site there is an office which is open until 19h (from which keys can be collected), a bar/café with a restaurant offering international cuisine, and a shop specialising in golfing equipment, where guests can also rent everything they need for a round of golf. The resort also offers a car park with controlled access with fee and 24h video surveillance. This complex also has the Beach Club, in first line of beach with a lounge bar and swimming-pool for clients, beach with sun-beds, towels and showers and private transport from apartments (OR and local charge).
