The development is located at km. 11 Gran Via in La Manga del Mar Menor. In frontline Mediterranean and about 50 m of the beaches of the Mar Menor. At about 1km there is a new shopping center with supermarkets, hairdressers for ladies and gentlemen, pharmacy, banks and the Tomas Maestre marina with a wide variety of leisure and water sports.
