All homes are located on Florida's Gulf Coast in the Sarasota & Bradenton areas no more than about 30 min from the beautiful beaches. There are restaurants and shopping within a short drive of all homes. The superior homes are newer villas in superior communities, catering to those who appreciate a higher caliber of accommodation. Modern and spacious floor plans, attention to décor, upgraded furnishings and appliances add extra comfort for a home away from home. The homes have a private pool with a minimum of 2 sun loungers, and a table with 4 chairs on the pool deck.
