In 1970, this beautiful four story colonial building was home for the National Center for the Arts. It still serves as an Art Gallery for up coming Puerto rican artists, provides space for several art workshops. Each room is dedicated to a famous puerto rican artist and replicas of their work decorate the high sealling rooms. San Francisco street is the secondary road to Old San Juan and the one that connects New San Juan with Old San Juan.
