Cancellation Deadline for Guaranteed Reservations : 6PM Day of Arrival. Otherwise, the first night will be charged Cancellation policy may vary according to the specific rates chosen by the guest. GTD Required,The Group conditions of sale shall apply for 6 or more rooms. The reservation option agreed shall become a confirmed reservation once both the following conditions are imperatively met : - upon receipt of a confirmed approval of both the quotation and the Terms and Conditions - upon receipt of the deposit, equivalent to 30% of the total reserved services, tax-inclusive amount. If no written confirmation is received within the aforementioned timeframe, the Hotel reserve the right to put the unconfirmed rooms up for sale again. The rest of the payment shall be made by the Customer prior to the group's arrival. Any change or cancellation, in whole or in part, shall be notified in writing by the Customer to the hotel. Cancellation fees: Over 6 weeks prior to the group's arrival date : no penalties. Between 6 and 3 weeks : the deposit is due (30%). From 3 to 1 week : the Hotel shall invoice 50%. 7 days prior to arrival : the Hotel shall invoice 70%. The Customer is responsible for equipment and personal effects insurance, and hereby expressly renounces any and all claims against the Hotel for any damage caused to the goods in that regard, including the theft of said goods.
